Rainey Higgins, Associate Stylist - Salon Staff

My name is Rainey Higgins and I am a 22 year old graduate from Palmetto High School.  I was born and raised here in Manatee County and grew up around boating and fishing.  So therefore, in my spare time I love to do anything that involves being on the water and in the sun. 

I attended Manatee Technical Institute for Cosmetology in 2008.  While I was attending MTI I realized there were other opportunities in the salon industry.  Within 2 years, I became certified in permanent make-up, facial piercing,and licensed cosmetology.  Now I work at Statements Salon and I absolutely love it.  I am about to finish the "Associated Program" and trying to build my clientele.  I look foward to meeting you here at Statements Salon!
