The Keratin Complex Hair Therapy™ by Coppola Designer Hair Care soothes and smoothes the surface of coarse frizzy hair known as the cuticle, and deposits a salon shine. This is a weather proofing treatment that will free hours for anyone who has ever struggled with the effects of humidity or a workout. No such thing as a bad hair day is more than a possibility; it’s now a reality! *The therapy encases the hair follicle with a keratin bond to promote healing & helps keep the toxins in the environment, such as smoke, pollution & ultraviolet rays, from entering the hair.
The process takes about 2 to 4 hours (depending on the length of hair) start to finish.
The Keratin treatment is ideal for colored and damaged hair.
Process:
If colored in the same visit, color is done first.
Hair is dried thoroughly.
The Keratin Complex solution to relax and coat hair is infused on the dry hair for about 20 minutes.
The longest part of the treatment is performed with a special flat iron that will seal the keratin into each strand.
The heat combined with the keratin will fill in the deficiencies and enhance hair texture.
The hair is sectioned and small rows of hair are placed into the flat iron that reaches a temperature of 450 degrees F.
Gently, product is sealed in from the roots to the ends.
The entire head becomes flat and straight, smooth and silky. ..:)
Post treatment:
Instructions are specific and strict for 72 hours.
Do not clip, park sunglasses, wet, or put hair behind ears for, 72 hours. Let it hang!
When finally washed, new hair is revealed. Really!!!
